33. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP, INC. FOR THE CARRIAGE CREST PARK EXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 1368) (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE proposed Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with RJM Design Group, Inc. for Project No. 1368, Carriage Crest Park Expansion and Improvements Project, increasing the agreement by $66,580, for a revised total not-to-exceed amount of $1,171,035, and extending the agreement term through December 31, 2026; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
