AUTHORIZE a 15% construction contingency in the amount of $1,395,097.20 to address unforeseen site conditions, necessary changes, and additional work required to complete the project, for a total construction authorization not to exceed $10,695,745.20; and, — 3. WAIVE further reading and ADOPT Resolution No. 26-125, “A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARSON, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 BUDGET IN THE GENERAL FUND, SPECIAL REVENUE FUNDS, ENTERPRISE FUNDS, AND THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) FUND,” authorizing an additional appropriation of $3,995,745.20 from the General Fund balance to fully fund the construction contract and contingency; and, — 4.
