19. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT #25-060 WITH ESPARZA CONSULTANTS, LLC. TO PROVIDE ON-CALL CONSULTING SERVICES TO THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND IT & SECURITY DEPARTMENT FOR TYLER MUNIS ERP SYSTEM HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT MODULE WORKFLOW INTEGRATION (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services Agreement with Esparza Consultants, LLC to add consulting services for an additional amount of $95,000.00, thereby increasing the total not-to-exceed amount to $215,995.00; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 3 with Esparza Consultants, LLC following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
