23. CONSIDER APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FIBER ASSETCO LLC D/B/A ZAYO (FORMERLY CROWN CASTLE FIBER LLC) FOR DARK FIBER. (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE a contract amendment No.1 with Fiber AssetCo LLC D/B/A Zayo (formerly Crown Castle Fiber LLC) for Dark Fiber Leases for an increased amount of $6,000, and a total contract amount not to exceed $1,068,000 for a total term of 10 years; and — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract amendment after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
