22. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A THREE-YEAR CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH LONG BEACH PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION COMPANY FOR CONTINUED FIXED-ROUTE BUS SERVICES FROM JANUARY 1, 2027, THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2029 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Agreement for Contract Services between the City of Carson and Long Beach Public Transportation Company (Exhibit No. 1) to continue fixed-route bus services for a three-year term, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, for a total contract amount not to exceed $6,243,315; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
