23. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF TWO MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDINGS BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARSON AND THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR PROPOSITION A DISCRETIONARY INCENTIVE GRANT PROGRAM FUNDING FOR REPORT YEARS 2023 AND 2024 (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the Proposition A Discretionary Incentive Grant Program Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Carson and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) for Report Year 2023, in the amount of $68,462; and, — 2. APPROVE the Proposition A Discretionary Incentive Grant Program Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Carson and Metro for Report Year 2024, in the amount of $80,438; and, — 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute both Memoranda of Understanding, for a combined grant funding amount of $148,900, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
