20. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT WITH THE SOUTH BAY WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD FOR CONTINUED PARTICIPATION IN THE TRANSITIONAL SUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM TO SUPPORT WORKFORCE SERVICES AT THE CITY OF CARSON (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. Approve the Subcontract Agreement between the City of Carson and the South Bay Workforce Investment Board, Inc. to provide Transitional Subsidized Employment Programs in the City of Carson; and, — 2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
