16. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A DEED RESTRICTION FOR THE VETERANS SPORTSCOMPLEX BLEACHER AND GYM FLOOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FUNDED BY LOS ANGELES COUNTY (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Deed Restriction; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the Deed Restriction, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
