20. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF CONTRACT WITH CLOUDWICK TECHNOLOGIES, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE CITY OF CARSON DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE SOFTWARE, MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. RATIFY waiver of the bidding requirements of the Carson Municipal Code (CMC) pursuant to Carson Municipal Code Sections 2611(g) (cooperative purchasing); and, — 2. APPROVE a contract with Cloudwick Technologies, Inc. for the purchase of enterprise software licensing, maintenance, and support for a co-developed custom “City of Carson Document Management Experience” system on the Cloudwick Amorphic Platform for a first-year annual cost of $260,000, and a total contract amount not to exceed $1,300,000.00 for a term of 5 years; and, — 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City Attorney.
