15. CONSIDERATION OF A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL RETIREMENT PARTNERS, LLC, D/B/A SHUSTER ADVISORY GROUP, FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AND ADVISORY SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. RATIFY waiver of the formal bidding or competitive proposal procedures required under CMC Section 2610 pursuant to CMC Section 2611(f) piggyback purchasing; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute a Contract Services Agreement with Global Retirement Partners, LLC, d/b/a Shuster Advisory Group, A HUB International Company, for investment management and advisory services, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 and for a term not to exceed five years, subject to City Attorney approval as to form; and, — 3. WAIVE the formal bidding or competitive proposal procedures required under CMC Sections 2610 and 2611 pursuant to CMC Section 2611(f) piggyback purchasing.
