28. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 4 TO CONTRACT NO. 23-270 WITH T&G GLOBAL, LLC, DBA ST. NICK’S CHRISTMAS LIGHTING & DÉCOR, TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL HOLIDAY DECORATION ENHANCEMENTS FOR THE 2026 HOLIDAY SEASON (CITY COUNCIL) RECOMMENDED ACTION — 1. APPROVE the proposed Amendment No. 4 to Contract No. 23-270 with T&G Global, LLC, doing business as St. Nick’s Christmas Lighting & Décor, extending the Agreement for one additional year and authorizing additional holiday decoration enhancements for the 2026 holiday season, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $841,556; and, — 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 4, following approval as to form by the City Attorney.
