10.F. On-Call Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Public Works Department It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Authorizing the City Manager to execute 3-year on-call professional services agreements with Black O’Dowd and Associates, Inc. dba BOA Architecture and CivilTec Engineering, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for on-call engineering and architectural services; 2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
