10.D. Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Priscila Davila & Associates, Inc. for Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnerships Program Administration and Services It is recommended that the City Council consider: 1. Approving the Fourth Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Priscila Davila & Associates, Inc. for federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) grant management and administration services, extending the agreement through June 30, 2028, and increasing the total not-to-exceed amount to $461,545; 2. Authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City Attorney; and 3. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
