11. Approval of Revised Conceptual Design for the Teri G. Muse Family Service Center It is recommended that the City Council: 1. Approve the revised conceptual design for Teri G. Muse Family Service Center; and 2. Provide direction on the preferred building design for the proposed project by selecting one of the following options: single-story or two-story; and 3. Authorize the Director of Public Works to solicit and advertise a Request for Qualifications/Proposals for professional architectural and engineering design services for Design Development and Final Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) to be used for construction purposes; and 4. Authorize the Director of Public Works and Director of Recreation & Community Services to proceed with any supplementary documents required for the project; and 5. Authorize the Director of Finance to make necessary appropriations and budget adjustments.
