13. City Council: Staff and Police and Fire Commission recommend that the 26-1697 City Council adopt a resolution to accept $150,000 in grant funds from the County of San Diego for Operation Stonegarden FY 2025; appropriate the funds to the Grant Fund for the Police Department; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the grant agreement and all related grant documents.
