12. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1695 to accept $4,458,762 in grant funds from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) awarded to the City; appropriate the funds to the Grant Fund for the Police Department; approve the grant budget; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the grant agreement, any amendments thereto, and all other documents necessary to implement the award.
