11. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 26-1698 approving the extension of the agreement with the County of San Diego, in the amount of $65,000, for the 2026 Regional Realignment Response Group (R3G); approve the expenditure plan; appropriate these funds to the Police Department; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and all other required documents.
