6. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1669 Amendment 2 to the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Chandler Asset Management, extending the term of the agreement for one year through December 7, 2027, for $240,000 under the total-asset based fee model; appropriate $30,000 of revenue and expenditure from the Investment Clearing Fund, and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment.
