5. City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council approve 26-1718 Amendment 2 to the Public Works Agreement (PWA) with Executive Pros in the amount of $50,000, for a new total annual contract amount of $230,000, for the additional scope of work for exterior repair of wood, stucco and painting of three buildings at Heritage Park; approve a change order to Executive Pros in the amount of $38,000 plus a contingency of $12,000; and authorize the City Manager, or designee to execute the Amendment; upon receipt of all supporting documents; and authorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to execute the change order upon receipt of all supporting documents.
