ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION AND APPROVAL OF A STANDARD AGREEMENT BY AND\nBETWEEN THE CITY OF BELL GARDENS AND THE OFFICE OF PLANNING AND\nRESEARCH, CALIFORNIA VOLUNTEERS FOR THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT\nCONNECTING NEIGHBORS TO NEIGHBORS GRANT\nAdoption of a resolution and agreement with the Office of Planning and Research, California\nVolunteers for the Local Government: Connecting Neighbors to Neighbors Grant.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff's recommendation that the City Council by motion:\n1. Adopt the attached resolution; and\n2.
