9. APPROVAL OF A PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES\nFOR THE LOS ANGELES REGION IMAGERY ACQUISITION CONSORTIUM\nA request to approve a Participant Agreement with the County of Los Angeles for Los Angeles\nRegion Imagery Acquisition Consortium (LARIAC) for regional and citywide digital imagery and\ndatasets.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution (Exhibit 1); and\n2. Approve a Participant Agreement with County of Los Angeles (Exhibit 2) for digital mapping\nservices citywide; and\n3. Appropriate future appropriations for three annual increments of $8,546.66 for fiscal years\n2025, 2026, and 2027 (for a total of $25,637.00) to fund participation in the Los Angeles\nRegion – Imagery Acquisition Consortium 7 (LARIAC7); and\n4. Find the proposed action exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality\nAct (CEQA) pursuant to Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3).
