7. Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Aquatrax LLC\nfor Web-based Customer Water Use Software\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve Amendment No. One to the Professional Services Agreement with\nAquatrax, LLC for web-based customer water use software, extending the\ncontract term to April 30, 2027, and increasing the total agreement compensation\nby $250,000, and authorize Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A – Amendment No. One to the Professional Services Agreement\nwith Aquatrax LLC, for Web-based Customer Water Use Software.
