8. Approval of Amendment No. One to Maintenance/Repair Services\nAgreement for Weed Abatement Services with Natures Image, Inc. (Contract\nNo. 8537-1)\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA\nGuidelines because this action will not result in a physical change to the\nenvironment, directly or indirectly; and\nb) Approve Amendment No. One to the Maintenance/Repair Services Agreement\nwith Natures Image for weed abatement services with a three-year extension and\nan additional not-to-exceed amount of $560,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount\nof $2,534,933.24, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the\namendment.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Amendment No. One\nApril 9, 2024
