BUENA PARK GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL REPORT TO THE STATE\nDEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (HCD)\nConsideration of the 2023 General Plan Annual Report required by the State\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development.\n— Recommended Action: 1) Adopt the 2023 General Plan Annual Progress\nReport (APR); 2) Authorize the Community and Economic Development\nDepartment to transmit the report to the State Department of Housing and\nCommunity Development (HCD) and the Governor’s Office of Planning and\nResearch (OPR) as required by state law; and, 3) Authorize the Community\nand Economic Development Department to make any changes to the report\nin response to comments received from HCD or OPR.
