AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FULLERTON FOR THE WATER MAIN\nINTERCONNECT (MAGNOLIA AVENUE) PROJECT\n— Recommended Action: 1) Approve a water main interconnect agreement\nwith the City of Fullerton; 2) Authorize the City Manager and City Attorney to\nmake any necessary, non-monetary changes to the agreement; and, 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager and City Clerk to execute the agreement.
