CITIZENS’ AUDIT REVIEW AND INVESTMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE\nRECOMMENDATION TO OUTSOURCE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE\nCITY’S INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO\nRecommendations: The Citizens’ Audit Review and Investment Advisory Committee\nrecommends that the City Council:\n(1) Receive a presentation from the Citizens’ Audit Review and Investment\nAdvisory Committee summarizing the request for proposal procurement process\n(2) Approve a recommendation to retain Meeder Public Funds, Inc. to manage the\nCity’s investment portfolio; and\n(3) If outsourcing of the management of City investments is approved, request staff\nto prepare a transition plan, including modifying roles and responsibilities as\nappropriate.
