Accept the work as completed for the Senior Center Restrooms ADA\nImprovement Project, (CIP No. 50036) constructed by Global Builders, Inc.\nand authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los\nAngeles County Registrar-Recorder;\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to release the retention payment to\nGlobal Builders, Inc. following the mandatory waiting period from the date\nthe Notice of Completion is recorded; and\n3.
