Approve the plans and specifications for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024\nAnnual Miscellaneous Infrastructure Repairs Project (City Project No.\nPW-700-23).\n2. Award a construction contract to TVR Construction Engineering LLC in\nthe amount of $99,725.00.\n3. Approve additional construction expenditures not to exceed 20% of the\nconstruction contract amount or $20,000.\n4. Authorize the Acting City Manager to Execute all Contract Documents.\n5. Authorize the Public Works Director to Record the Notice of Completion\nupon Acceptance of the Work by the Public Works Director; and
