Resolution to terminate Contract No. 2022-84-CC with NR Development, Inc. for default\neffective April 9, 2024 for the Hollydale Community Park Project, City Project No. 607-PRK\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Adopting a Resolution to terminate Contract No. 2022-84-CC between the City of South Gate\nand NR Development, Inc., for default effective April 9, 2024, for the Hollydale Community Park\nProject, City Project No. 607-PRK;\nb. Directing the Mayor to execute a document in a form acceptable to the City Attorney advising\nNR Development, Inc., and the bonding company that the Agreement has been terminated for\ndefault; and\nc.
