E.2 24-1296 Consideration of a Memorandum of Understanding Establishing\nCompensation and Related Benefits for those Employees Represented\nby The Rialto City Employees’ Association (RCEA) and Corresponding\nSalary Schedule for the Cost-of-Living Adjustments effective July 1,\n2023.\nRECOMMENDATION\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\nApprove Resolution No. 8197 Approving the Memorandum of\nUnderstanding Establishing Compensation and Related Benefits for\nEmployees Represented by the Rialto City Employees’ Association for\nJuly 1, 2023, through June 30, 2025; and\nApprove Resolution No. 8198 Updating the Citywide Classification and\nCompensation Schedule for Full-Time and Part-Time Employees to\nAmend the Salaries for those Classifications Represented by the Rialto\nCity Employees’ Association effective July 1, 2023.\nApprove Resolution No. 8199 Amending the 2023-2024 Fiscal Year\nBudget for a Budget Appropriation of $346,004.
