Project t No.\no1a23002\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1) Approve an amendment to the Professional Design Services with ERSC to include the\naddition of Ward Street alley (Victoria Avenue to Cunningham Street) and Sterling Avenue\nBase Line to Pacific Street) to the project; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to approve contract amendments up to 10% of the contract\namount.
