5.10 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CHARLES ABBOTT ASSOCIATES, INC., TO\nPROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING, BUILDING &\nSAFETY, PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION CONSULTING SERVICES (Kuta)\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 3 to the current Professional\nServices Agreement with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc., for On-Call\nProfessional Civil Engineering, Building & Safety, Plan Review and\nInspection Consulting Services, which a) extends the term of the\nagreement by two years through June 30, 2026, and b) increases the\ntotal maximum not-to-exceed compensation amount by $810,000,\nfrom $1,755,000 to $2,565,000 for a total seven-year contract term,\nin order to provide continued Professional Civil Engineering, Building\n& Safety, Plan Review and Inspection Consulting Services; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 3 to\nthe Professional Services Agreement with Charles Abbott &\nAssociates, Inc.\nItem No. 5.10
