5.7 APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nDAVIS FARR, LLP FOR FINANCIAL AUDIT AND ACCOUNTANT SERVICES\nFOR FISCAL YEARS ENDING JUNE 30, 2024, THROUGH 2028 (Turner)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve a proposed Professional Services Agreement with Davis Farr,\nLLP for financial audit and accountant services for Fiscal Years ending\nJune 30, 2024, through 2028, in a maximum not-to-exceed contract\namount of $169,891; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Professional Services\nAgreement for financial audit and accountant services with Davis Farr,\nLLP.\nItem No. 5.7
