HDB: Approval of a five-year Lease Agreement with Caterpillar Financial, in the annual amount of\n$38,142 for a total amount of $190,710, for a backhoe tractor for the Harbor District; adoption of\na resolution to approve the five-year lease; appropriation of $38,142 from Harbor Unrestricted\nFund Balance; and authorization for the Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute the\nagreement upon receipt of all supporting documents
