Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement, with Lalley Construction, for a not to exceed amount of\n$25,000, for on-call, as-needed repair services for Fiscal Year 2024/25.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services\nAgreement, with Real Estate for a not to exceed amount of $55,000, for\non-call, as-needed repair services for Fiscal Year 2024/25 only, and\n$50,000 in each subsequent year.\nc. Authorizing the City Manager to extend the agreements for up to four\nadditional years at the City’s option in an amount not to exceed $25,000\nper year with Lalley Construction, and $50,000 per year with Real Estate\nConsulting and Services, Inc.\nd. Appropriating $55,000 from the General Fund, Undesignated Reserves to\nthe Public Facilities Maintenance, Professional Services Operating\nBudget.\ne.
