Authorizing the City Manager to execute a one-year Professional Services\nAgreement with West Coast Arborists, in the amount not to exceed $75,000,\nfor on-call, as-needed City-wide tree trimming and maintenance.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to extend the agreement for up to four\nadditional one-year terms at the City’s option in an amount not to exceed\n$75,000 per year.\nc.
