7. APPROVAL OF A PURCHASE ORDER TO D&R OFFICE WORKS, INC. FOR\nLIBRARY WORKSTATIONS AND APPROPRIATE $10,000 FROM GENERAL FUND\nRESERVES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Appropriate $10,000 to the Library Building Improvements Account No. 101-8010-8011-\n8500 from the General Fund Reserves;\n2. Approve a purchase order to D&R Office Works, Inc. for the purchase of eight (8)\nworkstations for Library staff, including delivery, assembly, and sales tax; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the purchase order with D&R Office Works, Inc. in an\namount not to exceed $44,000, including the $42,221.46 quoted price and a $1,778.54\ncontingency.
