FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS AND FISCAL YEAR 2024-25\nMID-CYCLE BUDGET REVIEW.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-C20, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Azusa adopting mid-\nyear budget adjustments for the City of Azusa for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023 and ending\nJune 30, 2024;\n2) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-UB01, A Resolution of the Utility Board of the City of Azusa adopting mid-\nyear budget adjustments for the City of Azusa for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023 and ending\nJune 30, 2024;\n3) Adopt Resolution No. 2024-R07, A Resolution of the Successor Agency for the Former Redevelopment\nAgency of the City of Azusa adopting mid-year budget adjustments for the City of Azusa for the fiscal\nyear commencing July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024;\n4/15/2024 -3-\n4) Receive, review and file Fiscal Year 2023/24 Second Quarter Budget-to-Actual report ending December\n31, 2023; and.\n5) Provide input and direction on recommended changes for the Fiscal Year 2024/25 Annual Budget before\nits adoption in June 2024.\nTotal Cost: $1,247,046 Is the Cost of this item budgeted?
