8. Approval to Authorize Agreement with Tri-City Mental Health Relating to the\nImplementation of the California Violence Intervention and Prevention Grant (CalVIP)\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve contract agreement with Tri-City Mental Health in the amount not to exceed\n$311,601; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement and any\nextensions, subsequent changes, or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City,\nsubject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
