6) CONSIDERATION TO AUTHORIZE SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION, AS A PARTNER WITH\nTHE CENTER BY LENDISTRY, TO THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION FOR THE\nCLEAN ENERGY ACCESS GRANT\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Authorize the preparation and submittal of a grant application, as a partner with The Center\nby Lendistry, to the California Public Utility Commission for $500,000 for the Clean Energy\nAccess Grant; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager to execute all grant-related documents required for receiving\nsuch grant funds pursuant to the terms and conditions of the grant.\nADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS
