3) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT WITH TORO ENTERPRISES INC., AND\nSECOND AMENDMENT WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR THE SAN FERNANDO PACOIMA\nWASH BIKEWAY AND PEDESTRIAN PATH, FEDERAL PROJECT NO. ATPL-5202(020), JOB NO.\n7615, PLAN NO. P-737\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a First Amendment to the Construction Contract with Toro Enterprises Inc.\n(Contract No. 2110(a)) increasing the contract amount by $853,845.70 to a total\nnot-to-exceed amount of $6,172,657.66, and extending the contract term until\nSeptember 30, 2024, for the construction of the San Fernando Pacoima Wash Bikeway and\nPedestrian Path, Federal Project No. ATPL-5202(020), Job No. 7615, Plan No. P-737;\nb. Approve a Second Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Willdan\nEngineering (Contract No. 2043(b)) increasing the contract amount by $188,845 to a total\nnot to exceed amount of $1,188,845 for City Engineering services; and\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the contract amendments and all\nrelated documents.
