AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT FOR THE JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS\nRELATED TO THE SAN BERNARDINO ASSOCIATED\nRecommended Action:\nApprove Amendment No. 4 to the San Bernardino Associated Governments Joint Powers\nAuthority agreement and approve the increase to the City of Barstow member dues to $24,784,\nwith an annual price increase based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI) or 2%, whichever is less.
