H. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ORANGE COUNTY\nTRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY GRANT COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR\nPROJECT V SAN CLEMENTE DOWNTOWN TROLLEY ROUTE\nCONTINUATION PROJECT\nStaff Recommendation\nApprove Resolution 24-54, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-\n17, (No. C-3-2787), by and between the City of San Clemente and the\nOrange County Transportation Authority, accepting grant revenue for the\nSan Clemente Trolley Red and Blue Lines for FY 2023-24 through 2028/29,\nin an amount up to $1,077,262.\n2. Accept grant revenue from OCTA in the amount of up to $1,077,262 for the\nSan Clemente Trolley Red and Blue Lines for FY 2023-24 through 2028-29 .\n3. Direct staff to include the 10% match funds of $53,840 to be included within\nthe General Fund Budget for the upcoming FY 2024-25 and 2025-26\nbudgets.
