CONTRACT AWARD - RESERVOIR NO. 4 EXTERIOR COATING AND\nFINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE\nCALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-57, which will:\n1. Find the Reservoir No. 4 Exterior Coating, CIP Project No. 23404\ncategorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the\nState CEQA Guidelines.\n2. Award the Reservoir No. 4 Exterior Coating, CIP Project No. 23404,\ncontract to Unified Field Services Corporation.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-20,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Unified Field Services\nCorporation, providing for the Reservoir No. 4 Exterior Coating in an\namount not to exceed $170,178 in a form substantially similar to Contract\nNo. C24-20 (Attachment 4).\n4. Approve a 15% construction contingency of $25,572.
