O. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - PARK MONUMENT SIGN REPLACEMENT\nPROGRAM (AUGUST 2023), MAX BERG PLAZA AND MARBLEHEAD PARKS\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-61, which will:\n1. Accept the Park Monument Sign Replacement Program (August 2023),\nMax Berg Plaza and Marblehead Parks, CIP Project No. 29103, from the\ncontractor, A&D Signs Corporation dba America’s Instant Signs.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record\nthe Notice of Completion for the Park Monument Sign Replacement\nProgram (August 2023), Max Berg Plaza and Marblehead Parks.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nA&D Signs Corporation dba America’s Instant Signs.
