N. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - FY 2024 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM,\nFY 2024 ALLEY REHABILITATION PROGRAM, FY 2024 MAJOR STREET\nMAINTENANCE, FY 2024 LOCAL STREET PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE, AND\nTRAFFIC CALMING PROGRAM\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-60, which will:\n1. Accept the FY 2024 Street Improvement Program, FY 2024 Alley\nRehabilitation Program, FY 2024 Major Street Maintenance, FY 2024\nLocal Street Pavement Maintenance, and Traffic Calming Program, CIP\nProject Nos. 14337, 14336, 24302, 14335 and 39807, from the contractor,\nRoy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record\nthe Notice of Completion for the FY 2024 Street Improvement Program,\nFY 2024 Alley Rehabilitation Program, FY 2024 Major Street\nMaintenance, FY 2024 Local Street Pavement Maintenance, and Traffic\nCalming Program.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nRoy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
