Award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder Ramona, Inc., in the amount of\n$3,436,562.50, for the Cypress, Resh, and Citron Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project;\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to execute the contract and related documents and to\ntake the necessary actions to implement and administer the contract; determine that the project\nis categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to Class 2,\nSection 15302(c) (Replacement or Reconstruction) of Title 14 of the California Code of\nRegulations; and authorize the Director of Finance to execute the Escrow Agreement\npertaining to contract retentions.
