M. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - STREET PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE FOR\nAVENIDA VAQUERO (VIA CASCADITA TO CAMINO DE LOS MARES)\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-59, which will:\n1. Accept the Street Pavement Maintenance for Avenida Vaquero (Via\nCascadita to Camino De Los Mares), CIP Project No. 13321, from the\ncontractor, Roy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc.\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute and record\nthe Notice of Completion for the Street Pavement Maintenance for\nAvenida Vaquero (Via Cascadita to Camino De Los Mares).\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nRoy Allan Slurry Seal, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
