G. CONTRACT AWARD - LAND USE SOFTWARE WATER USE COMPLIANCE\nAND FINDING THE ACTION EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 24-53, which would:\n1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15306 - Information Collection.\n2. Award a three-year Professional Services Agreement to Eagle Aerial\nSolutions for WaterView subscriptions.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C24-16,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Eagle Aerial Solutions,\nproviding for three years of WaterView annual subscriptions, in the amount of\n$140,800.
