Approve Contract No. C-8340 with CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation, in an annual\namount not to exceed $83,596, for the coordination, development, implementation, and\nadministration of a college internship program at the City for a one year period with up to four\none-year extensions; and authorize the Public Utilities General Manager to execute the\ncontract and related documents, and to take the necessary actions to implement and\nadminister the contract.
